Q: What does FAQ mean?
A: FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.


Q: Will DJ Tech come to me or do I have to bring my PC to you?
A: Yes, DJ Tech is an on site computer support company meaning that we will come to your place of business or home.


Q: Can DJ Tech teach me how to use my computer?
A: Yes, DJ Tech can provide training on a variety of subjects. We can come to your home or business. Please email us for more information info@djtech.ca


Q: How can I pay for your services?
A: DJ Tech accepts Cash, cheque or for business/repeat customers we can issue an invoice.


Q: Can I purchase hardware and software from DJ Tech
A: Yes, DJ Tech is able to supply all sorts of hardware from servers to memory cards by all the top manufactures*. We also sell software from most major brands, we are also able to supply MS volume licensing and software assurance.
*We do not sell Dell brand equipment.


Q: Can you help me with my Mac or Apple product?
A: DJ Tech can help you with your Mac and have experience working with Macs and networking them, but we don`t currently have any formally trained Mac techs.


Q: Why should I use DJ Tech and not Geek Squad or Nerds on the way?
A: Well those types of companies certainly are well known and capable but at DJ Tech we feel that to be taken seriously and work with professional companies you have to behave in a professional manner.


Q: I have over 50 users with workstations in my company, can DJ Tech handle that amount of work?
A: Certainly. DJ Tech has experience with locations with more that 50 workstations. We also have provision to sub contract out work if demand suddenly spikes.
