Their bookkeeper needed to be able to work on their QuickBooks data without continually charging Techstaff travel time and to respond to their urgent needs.

Solution
A terminal services PC was installed at Techstaffs offices and a username and password made for the bookkeeper. This allowed the bookkeeper to have "in office" like access to the network, printers and QuickBooks application any time with full data security and complex passwords, over the internet remote access is a fast growing tool that saves time and money in today's fast paced world.
